I'm having very good experience with SML cars. The service and supports continuing even after the delivery. Additionally the owner has directly involved and asking about status of delivered by calling the customer . No complains or No painful process as of now. He was arranged a driver and deliver the car to me .

I believe SML is not money minded and providing good customer support as well not like few rental services, Previously I had few worst experiences on other rental cars.

My experience with SML Cars was good. They were very helpful and supportive from the time I Subscribe the car from subscribe till delivery. Even though I booked a car with long waiting period (Creta), I got it delivered in 2 Days. The person assigned to me - was very active and kept me updated on the status. The service and support continues even after delivery. Overall good and no complaints so far.
